migrator

Rockhopper has arrived once again at the Beach. The Migrator is docked in its usual spot behind the Lighthouse. But hold on–you can’t board the ship just yet. The area appears to be under construction and there’s a large barrier preventing you from boarding Rockhopper’s ship. You can play Treasure Hunt on the Beach, but you cannot get on board the Migrator.

There are several posters around the Beach area. When you click on them, you’ll learn that Rockhopper Needs You beginning on February 24. This is all part of the upcoming event called Rockhopper’s Quest. In this upcoming event, Rockhopper will assemble a crew (that’s us) and set sail for Shipwreck Island! Sounds exciting!

There are some new stamps available in the game. They are stamps for the Treasure Hunt game, a special mini-game that’s only available during visits to the island by Captain Rockhopper. You can play Treasure Hunt if you visit Rockhopper’s Ship, the Migrator, while it’s docked at the Beach. You’ll need the Captain’s Quarter Key to get inside Rockhopper’s cabin in the hold of the ship. That’s where the game is played.

There are five new stamps for the game, and here are some more details on each of them.

  • Gem Skills: Uncover 2 gems in a single game.
  • Collector: Collect 8 coins in a single game.
  • In the Rough: Find a rare treasure.
  • Gem Expert: Uncover a gem in only 3 moves.
  • Gem Pro: Uncover 2 gems in only 6 moves.

Treasure Hunt is a fun game to play, and special because it’s only available once in a while. If you’re an avid stamp collector, you’ll want to head over to Rockhopper’s Ship right now and work on earning these new stamps.
