Here’s some really great news about Club Penguin’s annual charity drive called, Coins for Change. This year, they’re going to double their donation to charity if penguins can fill the Lighthouse with coins from the event. How cool is that?

Rockhopper Arrives for 2010 Holiday Party

Captain Rockhopper has arrived again on his ship the Migrator just in time for the Club Penguin 2010 Holiday Party and to kick off this year’s edition of the Coins for Change collection. You’ll find his shipped docked where it always is behind the Lighthouse at the Beach.

Rockhopper always brings rare items with him on his visits and this time they’re all about Coins for Change. The free item for everyone is the Globe Hat. You can also buy t-shirts to support the different Coins for Change charities for 100 coins each. There is also a banner and a player card background for sale.

Of course, most of the fun of a Rockhopper visit is trying to meet him in person. He’ll be wandering around the island as usual. You can check out our Rockhopper Tracker to try and spot him while he’s here.
