One of the most anticipated events of the year on Club Penguin is the annual Club Penguin Easter Egg Hunt and the 2012 edition is now available in the game. To get started, log into Club Penguin and get ready to find those Easter eggs. Here are all the Club Penguin Easter Egg Hunt 2012 cheats.

First, to get started with the scavenger hunt, click on the icon of the egg in the upper-right corner of your screen. You’ll see silhouettes of the eight eggs and the first clue.

Club Penguin Easter Egg Hunt 2012 Written Walkthrough

The first clue reads, “The first egg’s hid near shining gold, Somewhere deep and dark and cold.” Hmmm, sounds like the Hidden Lake. Head there by going through the Forest (you can pick up the new Easter Basket Pin while you’re passing through). The egg is on the left side of the Hidden Lake room, by the stairs.

The second clue reads, “The next egg’s found near works of art, Plus lots of books to make you smart!” That’s definitely the Book Room, which is on the second floor of the Coffee Shop. Look for this egg in the lower-left corner. It’s well-hidden behind the lamp on the table.

The third clue reads, “This next egg’s near a snowy shore. It’s hidden well. You must explore.” This egg is over at the Beach. Click on it once to make it bounce out of it’s hiding place and a second time to pick it up.

The fourth clue reads, “Now head towards a wooden shack. You’re doing well, you’re right on track.” Hmm, shack and track. Must be the Mine Shack. You’ll spot the egg up behind the snowball catching contraption on the roof of the shack.

The fifth clue reads, “Search now near a tall white chair, For watching waves. The egg is there.” We’re off to the Cove. The egg is on top of the thatched roof of the Surf Shack.

The sixth clue reads, “The next one’s sure to make you smile. Just like you, this egg’s got style.” Head inside the Gift Shop and you’ll find this egg on the wig shelf in the back.

The seventh clue reads, “The next egg’s near a chair that lifts. You’re getting close, you must be swift!” Sounds like we should go near the chair lift. Head over to the Ski Village and you’ll find the egg sitting right on top of it.

The eighth clue reads, “The last egg’s near a big, bright light. You’re almost done, the end’s in sight.” The biggest and brightest light in all of Club Penguin is the lighthouse beacon. You’ll find the egg in the middle of it.

The eighth and final egg is at the Beacon on top of the Lighthouse.

Club Penguin Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt Prize

After you have located and collected all eight eggs, click on the Claim Prize button to get your reward. It’s a pair of yellow bunny ears, which are perfect to celebrate the holiday. Congratulations on completing the Club Penguin Easter Egg Hunt!

There was never an official reason given, but rumors were that because it’s a religious holiday, they decided it would not be appropriate to celebrate it on Club Penguin. To get the Red Couch, click on the middle shelf of the Red Bookcase.
To get the Easel, click on the sun in the Sunset Painting.

Rockhopper’s Quest Cheats

Yo-ho-ho, Captain Rockhopper has arrived once again on Club Penguin and this time he’s here to kick of a quest to explore and search for Shipwreck Island. The first thing you’ll want to do is head over to the Beach to find the Migrator.

Crew Cap

There’s a free item at the party, as always. This time it’s the crew cap. You’ll find it at the Beach, outside the lighthouse. Look in the bottom-left corner for the Free! sign and there’s a barrel full of the caps right there.

Start the Quest

Waddle onto the Migrator which, as usual, is parked behind the lighthouse. Instead of appearing on board immediately like you normally do, youll see a picture of Rockhopper and Yarr. Rockhopper will have a few things to tell you:

Avast me hearty! Welcome aboard the Migrator!

Ye now be a member of the me crew! I be expecting ye to pull yer weight!

Captain Rockhopper sure likes to use exclamation points. He then goes on to explain more about the adventure.

We be sailin’ for a dangerous place–Shipwreck Island.

Help me build a beacon there to keep sailors safe.

First we need supplies. Let’s get to work!

Raise the anchor and chart a course for Black Island Trading Post!

You’ll be on board the Migrator and if you’ve got your sound turned on, some rousing adventure music will start to play. Oh, the call of the salty sea spray! The journey will go slowly, but there’s a fun trick to make the ship move faster. Stand on top of any of the darker brown squares on the deck. There are two up front, one by the wheel, and two more on the port and starboard sides of the ship. When you stand on one, a target will appear. Toss a snowball at it to cause some of the machinery to turn on and make it go faster.

Eventually, you’ll arrive and the gangplank at the bottom will roll open. Disembark and Rockhopper will appear again, telling you:

Yarr-harr-harr! We’ve docked at Swashbuckler Trading Post.

This be the place for beacon buildin’ supplies.

We need plenty of building materials for the structure of the beacon.

I hear there also be rare and interesting items for sale.

Look lively crew! We won’t be stayin’ long.

Get back before we cast off–or we might leave ye behind! Yarr har! Just kiddin’

Wait, this is Swashbuckler Trading Post? I thought Rockhopper said we were going to Black Island Trading Post. What gives, Captain R?

In any case, you will arrive at a trading post. The item you want are the supplies right above you on the platform above the Fish Dogs stand. Grab them and you’ll get a note that they’ve been added to the ship’s cargo.

You can stay and shop here at the trading post if you like. You can buy the Corsair Coat (400 coins), the Corsair Captain wig (250 coins), the Black Swashbuckler’s Hat (250 coins) and the Swashbuckler’s Leather Coat (450 coins) if you are a member on Club Penguin.

When you’re ready, climb back aboard the Migrator to sail for the next stop. Once you arrive, Captain Rockhopper appears again:

YARR! Welcome to Dinosaur Island, crew! This be the best place to find glowing gems.

One of those would be PERFECT for a beacon. Find a gem and bring it back.

Keep yer eyes open for any landlubber lizards lookin’ for trouble!

Though, if ye have the coins to spare, ye might find one to trade with…

If any of those dinosaurs wants to help out, bring ‘em along!

I could always use some prehistoric pirates in me crew.

Now you’ll be on Dinosaur Island. The gem is in inside the little temple on the right. You don’t have to walk there. Just click on it to add the gem to the ship’s cargo. There’s also a shop here. If you’re a member, you can buy the Rising Sun Crown (250 coins), the Ancient Robes (350 coins), and the Dinosaurus Rex costume (600 coins). That last one is pretty cool!

Return to the Migrator once more and set sail. Soon, you’ll arrive at the final destination: the mysterious Shipwreck Island. Disembark and Rockhopper will appear once more:

YAR-HAR! We made it! Crew, drop anchor and prepare to go ashore!

This be the place we’re lookin’ for. Shipwreck Island!

Here be your orders–the supplies are unloaded, so let’s get building that beacon.

Once ye’ve done that, make sure it’s shining bright, and yer done!

I’ve never docked on this island before. I wonder if there be any secrets hidden here…

Once the beacon be built, take a look around for treasure.

You’ll arrive on the island, which is dark and spooky. Waddle up to the right side and click on the beacon parts three times to assemble it. When you’re done, you’ll get a shipwreck beacon to put in your inventory. At this point, you’re done with the quest. If you’re a member, you can go inside the cave to the bonus area.

Club Penguin Field Ops 70

Attention EPF agents: there is a new Field Ops mission available. This new mission is tied in to the Rockhopper’s Quest event happening right now. Gary the Gadget Guy needs you to board the migrator and travel to remote island. Once your arrive on Shipwreck Island, you need to set up an EPF radio antenna in the new beacon there.

To do this mission, first go to the EPF Headquarters and accept the mission. Then head to the beach and board the Migrator. You’ll need to stop at the first two islands to pick up the materials. When the Migrator arrives on Shipwreck Island, go to the top right corner to set up the beacon from the equipment. Your phone will vibrate and light up.

Click it to play the mini-game, which is the circuit board battery game (a very popular puzzle for Field Ops Missions). Once you complete it, you’ll be done with Field Ops 70. Congratulations, agent!

Rockhopper Arrives – Migrator Construction

Rockhopper has arrived once again at the Beach. The Migrator is docked in its usual spot behind the Lighthouse. But hold on–you can’t board the ship just yet. The area appears to be under construction and there’s a large barrier preventing you from boarding Rockhopper’s ship. You can play Treasure Hunt on the Beach, but you cannot get on board the Migrator.

There are several posters around the Beach area. When you click on them, you’ll learn that Rockhopper Needs You beginning on February 24. This is all part of the upcoming event called Rockhopper’s Quest. In this upcoming event, Rockhopper will assemble a crew (that’s us) and set sail for Shipwreck Island! Sounds exciting!

Club Penguin Underwater Expedition Cheats

The very first Club Penguin Underwater Expedition has arrived on the island and here are all the cheats and secrets for this fun new event. In an attempt to sink the Beach just a little bit with Anvils, Rookie nearly sunk the entire island! Most of the island is tilting as a result, except for the Iceberg. Oh, the irony!

Ironically, it's the main island that's tipping and not the iceberg.

The party gets started at the Beach, which is submerged under water! This is also where you can get the free item, a Heavy Hat. Yes, now you, too, can wear an anvil on your head. Talk about your major headaches!

If you click on the pile of anvils at the bottom of the screen, you’ll start floating them up one by one with colored balloons. Do your part to help clean up the mess that Rookie caused!

You can also visit the Dock and earn a free background by cleaning up all the junk that is underwater. Click on each of the items to put them in the recycling bin. After you click all of them (look on both sides of the Dock), you’ll get the free background.

Members can enter the ancient doorway at the Beach and this provides access to the Underwater Maze. Complete the Maze to enter the Mysterious Deep, a special area where you’ll find another free item, the Submarine Suit.

Club Penguin Hot Sauce Pin

The newest collectible pin has been hidden in Club Penguin. It’s the Hot Sauce pin and you’ll find it deep inside the Cave Mine. This is the room you go into after you enter the actual Mine. To get there, go to the outside of the Mine Shack on your Map. Then enter the Mine and finally go into the cavern in the back of the mine. The Hot Sauce Pin is on the container that you throw snowballs into to power the lights in the room.

Sixth Anniversary Hat in Coffee Shop

Can you believe that Club Penguin is 6 years old? There are probably people playing it now who weren’t even born when it first came out! As always, Club Penguin is celebrating with an anniversary party in the Coffee Shop. If you go in there, you’ll see festive decorations for both Halloween and the Sixth Anniversary Party.

The big part about each year’s party is the special anniversary hat. This year, the hat has a Halloween theme and features four different colors: black, orange, purple and green. To get the hat, first click on the small pumpkin dart up above the counter. This will cause it to swing and pop all of the balloons along the ceiling. The hat will drop down and land on the table next to the big anniversary cake, and you can then pick up the hat.

Click on the pumpkin dart in the upper-right to make it swing and pop all the balloons in the Coffee Shop.

The hat appears on the table next to the cake. Click it to add it to your inventory.

Club Penguin Halloween Party Cheats for 2011

Can you believe that Halloween is almost here again? It has arrived in style on Club Penguin for 2011 with lots of spooky and fun things to do.

Free Item: Ghost Costume

The free item this year is the Ghost Costume and you’ll find it inside the Haunted House. This year, the Haunted House is open to everyone, so non-members can get inside. To get there, go to the Forest and then follow the path leading to the Haunted House. Then walk inside. The ghost costume is at the top of the stairs on the left.

Haunted House and Secret Lab

The Haunted House isn’t the only special place that’s been opened up to non-members for this year’s party. The old favorite hangout of Gary the Gadget Guy during Halloween, the Secret Lab is now available to everyone as well. You access both from the outside of the Haunted House. Go inside the house to see the spooky interior. Go to the right and down into the cellar door to get inside the secret lab.

Dark Chamber

From the Forest, you can also take the path that leads to the Dark Chamber, a special place for members only. This is the same room they had last year. There’s an entry area and then a door that leads deep into the chamber itself. To get through the door, you need to match the sequence of colored bubbles that come up from the rock spires by clicking on the corresponding keys on the organ at the bottom. The doors will open and you can then proceed to the inner chamber.

Once inside the inner chamber, you can pick up the free item for members, which is the lantern. You’ll want to equip the lantern so that you can navigate the spooky maze that leads through the chamber. At the end of the maze, you’ll arrive at the Monster Room. In here, you can another members-only free item: the Swamp Monster costume. Also, there’s a Monster Maker clothing catalog available while in this room. Just click on the icon in the lower-right corner of the screen.

Monster Maker Catalog Cheats

The Monster Maker Catalog has lots of mix-and-match monster costume pieces to try out. And there are also two hidden items in this catalog. Here’s how to get them.

To get the Mummy Costume, click on the letter M in the word Monster in the top left corner. The Mummy Costume costs 600 coins.
To get the Raven Wings, click on the letter K in the word Maker in the top left corner. The Raven Wings cost 300 coins.

Trick or Treating at the Snow Forts

A lot of areas are decorated for Halloween, but one of the most fun ones is the Snow Forts, which has been decorated to look like a small neighborhood of houses all ready for trick or treaters to visit. When you walk up to each door, you’ll hear a doorbell ring and you can even walk inside the houses if you like. Unfortunately, no one is giving out candy!

Halloween Scavenger Hunt

In another ongoing Club Penguin Halloween tradition, there’s a scavenger hunt. In past years, we had to find different pieces of candy. This year, we’re searching for candy ghosts. Here’s where you’ll find them, in order:

The first ghost is at the Cove.
The second ghost is outside the Haunted House.
The third ghost is outside the Mine.
The fourth ghost is in the Ski Village.
Head up to the top of the Ski Hill to find the fifth ghost.
Now go to the forest to find the sixth ghost.
You’ll find the seventh ghost at the Beach.
The eighth and final ghost is in the pumpkin patch at the Docks.

After you find all eight ghosts, you’ll get a special Candy Ghost background for your player card.

Puffle Hats

Puffle Hats have arrived. Now you can purchase hats for your piffles to wear. To get them, head over to the Pet Shop and click on the Puffle catalog. Inside, you’ll find two pages filled with hats for your puffles to put on their heads. Here’s a list of the hats you can currently get for your piffles.

Pirate Hat, 200 coins
Princess Cap, 200 coins
Candy Cane Cap, 200 coins
Propeller Cap, 200 coins
Tiara, 200 coins

To put the hats on your puffles, go to your igloo and select one of your puffles. Then click on the coat hanger icon and pick one of the hats you have purchased. Next you can drag the hat onto your puffle and he will be wearing the new hat.
