It’s been a long time since the martial artworks catalog in Club Penguin was updated. This catalog is the clothing catalog available to ninjas and you’ll find it at the secret ninja hideout, also known as the Flying Flippers Emporium. There are a few new items available in the catalog and some hidden items and cheats to find.

Secrets and Cheats

Bolt (wig) and Thunder Gi

To find the Bolt (wig) and the Thunder Gi, go to page 11 and click on the flower that you see at the top of the page.

The Cinder (wig) and Tea Ceremony Robe

To find the Cinder wig and the Tea Ceremony Robe, go to page 12 and click on the flower that you see at the bottom of the page.

Crimson Sun Suit

To get the Crimson Sun Suit, go to page 13 and click on the flower in the top left corner.

When you go to play Club Penguin, you will see that they have made some small changes to the animated home page. There’s a dark cloud that appears in the sky, which represents the large storm the island had around the launch of Card-Jitsu Water. But there’s also a nice little surprise on the page: a water ninja! To see him, look for the small blue water balloon on the ground at the bottom of the lighthouse. When you click on it, the water ninja will quickly appear from behind the lighthouse and snatch the balloon!

The big news of the day is that the Club Penguin Fire Dojo, aka the Volcano Room, is now open to members. To get inside you need to purchase the Amulet from the Ninja Catalog inside the Ninja Hideout.

Once you have the amulet, click on the fire door to the left of the stairs. A big secret door will appear on the left and you can walk inside it to get into the Fire Dojo room.

When you arrive in the Fire Dojo room you’ll see that not much is going on. It’s under construction, and the Club Penguin Card-Jitsu Fire game hasn’t started yet. But this is really a cool sneak peek for members on what the new Fire Dojo looks like!

There’s a new item in the Martial Artworks catalog in the Ninja Hideout. It’s the Goldsmith Apron and you’ll find it on the very first page. The cost for the item is 100 coins, so it’s pretty cheap. There’s also a sign on the front of the Dojo that says, Help Goldsmiths Build Amulets. Very mysterious.

If you wear the goldsmith apron and then do the Dance action, your penguin will pull out an anvil and a hammer and start hammering.

It’s all very strange, but the combination of events is pointing towards something big happening really soon in Club Penguin, just like last year at this time. It will probably have something to do with Ninjas–perhaps a Ninja Mission, or something to do with the Card-Jitsu game. Either way, we’ll probably find out very soon.

If you have been to the Club Penguin Dojo courtyard recently, then you’ve seen that storm clouds have been gathering above it. And the volcano that appeared recently is pretty active. Of course it will erupt soon. How could it not?

Most Club Penguin players will remember that a storm came last year around Halloween, and there was lightning that revealed the presence of Ninjas. The Dojo was damaged and then Sensei appeared and we all rebuilt it. Then, Club Penguin Card-Jitsu was released.

Some people are speculating that all this recent activity means that something big is going to happen again very soon. The new Club Penguin Card-Jitsu Series 2 cards were recently released to stores, so it makes sense for something big to happen with the game. But some people are guessing that something even bigger is going to happen: Ninja Missions!

If true, these would probably work a lot like the Secret Agent Missions, but it might be that Club Penguin is planning some even bigger changes to how missions work and are introducing them as Ninja missions. Who knows? What do you think? Comment here, or discuss in the Forums!

If you’ve been to the Flying Flippers Emporium (also known as the secret ninja hideout) recently, you’ve seen that there is a lot of construction going on. The conveyer belt from the Dojo courtyard wraps around here, carrying the items found in Sensei’s Scavenger Hunt to the secret hideout. Here, you can use your cloud bracers to make the large wheel turn. You need to be standing in the large pit in the middle of the room.

We’ll have to wait and see what all this is about, but clearly they’re planning on something big with ninjas!

There are a lot of interesting things happening around Club Penguin for ninjas having to do with fire. It’s probably related to the Club Penguin Card Jitsu game, because fire is one of the three card types.

A few days ago, on September 4, the 101 Days of Fun activity told penguins to wear their ninja suit to the cove and to stand next to the fire. If you did, the fire would burn much higher than normal. This also worked for the other fires in the game, like the one in the oven at the pizza parlor and the one at the ski lodge. Someone had to wear a ninja suit and stand near it. It doesn’t work anymore but here is what the fire at the Cove looked like when someone did it. It might be a coincidence, but this weekend was also the Burning Man festival in the desert in Nevada where at the end of it they set a huge wooden man on fire.

Then a few days ago, Black Puffles started showing up all around the island. As most of you know, black puffles can turn red and fiery at times, like when they eat Puffle-O’s, their favorite food. A black puffle on fire is also the star of the Thin Ice game in the lounge above the Night Club. These hidden puffles will also turn red and burst into flames when someone wearing a ninja suit walks by them.

There is one black puffle hidden up on top of the giant Rockhopper billboard at the Ski Village:

There is also one at the Forest.

And there is one outside the Dojo, underneath the big red dojo gate on the right.

What could all these things with fire mean? No one knows, but I think it must have something to do with Card-Jitsu because of the ninja suit connection. Or maybe it is a hint for Mission 11, but that seems less likely. We’ll have to wait and see!

We’re now finished with three whole weeks of 101 Days of Fun in Club Penguin. Today’s activity is for one of my favorite things to do in Club Penguin: the Card-Jitsu game. Here’s what the newspaper suggests:

Challenge someone to a Card-Jitsu match and earn your next belt. If you’re already a ninja, practice in the secret ninja hideout.

Head on over to the Dojo to play Card-Jitsu. If you’re a ninja, you can enter the secret ninja hideout, the Flying Flippers Emporium, by clicking on the secret door on the left side of the Dojo. See you there!

Club Penguin announced that next month there will be a dojo igloo decorating contest. It will begin on June 1 and of course you will need to be a member and ninja to participate. That’s because you need to have your black belt and beaten Sensei to get access to the Flying Flippers Emporium, where you can by the dojo igloo and other ninja gear from the ninja catalog.

Not a ninja? Don’t worry, I have a complete guide to how to play card-jitsu and beat Sensei to become a ninja. It’s pretty easy to do but you need to be patient and just play a lot of card-jitsu. Club Penguin also announced the winner of the ninja medieval costume contest this week. Congratulations to Puffypower23 for her costume which combines the ninja suit with the green medieval cape and a blonde wig.

When you finally achieve your black belt and defeat Sensei in Card-Jitsu, you will receive a great reward, the ninja mask and an invitation from Sensei to enter the Flying Flippers Emporium, a secret Club Penguin ninja hideout.

The secret door to the ninja hideout is in the Dojo courtyard and now when you move your mouse cursor over it, the stone slab will slide away to reveal an open door into the Flying Flippers Emporium, where you can hang out with other Club Penguin ninjas and shop for items in the Club Penguin ninja catalog.

The Flying Flippers Emporium is a quiet courtyard and you will usually see a few other players there. The main attraction in the special ninja catalog, which offers several items, including the highly sought-after ninja suit. When wearing this suit, you will look like a ninja. There is even a special secret dance move that makes you partially invisible while wearing it!
