The very first Club Penguin Underwater Expedition has arrived on the island and here are all the cheats and secrets for this fun new event. In an attempt to sink the Beach just a little bit with Anvils, Rookie nearly sunk the entire island! Most of the island is tilting as a result, except for the Iceberg. Oh, the irony!

Ironically, it's the main island that's tipping and not the iceberg.

The party gets started at the Beach, which is submerged under water! This is also where you can get the free item, a Heavy Hat. Yes, now you, too, can wear an anvil on your head. Talk about your major headaches!

If you click on the pile of anvils at the bottom of the screen, you’ll start floating them up one by one with colored balloons. Do your part to help clean up the mess that Rookie caused!

You can also visit the Dock and earn a free background by cleaning up all the junk that is underwater. Click on each of the items to put them in the recycling bin. After you click all of them (look on both sides of the Dock), you’ll get the free background.

Members can enter the ancient doorway at the Beach and this provides access to the Underwater Maze. Complete the Maze to enter the Mysterious Deep, a special area where you’ll find another free item, the Submarine Suit.

The Underwater Expedition Party is in full swing, and to help celebrate, there’s a new pin hidden in Club Penguin. It’s the Beach Chair Pin and you’ll find it hidden in the Night Club. Look on the left side in the lower corner on top of the big speaker. Once you’ve got the pin, head over to the Beach for the party. Of course, it’s all underwater at the moment, so there’s no where to put your nice new beach chair.

There’s another new pin, this time hidden at the Iceberg. Look for it in the bottom-right corner, below the Aqua Grabber submarine. It’s a conch shell and it has been placed to commemorate the upcoming Club Penguin Underwater Expedition, which will arrive on the island this January 26.

It’s an annual tradition in Club Penguin: the appearance of fireworks at New Year’s. This year, as always, you can view fireworks in two locations. They’re at the Iceberg and on top of the Ski Hill. When you arrive you can watch (and listen to) fireworks shooting off into the sky. They appear in many different colors and sometimes you’ll see a special firework, such as one in the shape of a puffle. Every minute or so, there will be a big “finale” and several fireworks will explode at once.

The fireworks and New Year’s celebration always seems a little anti-climactic after the big Holiday Party but it’s still fun to check out and see. The fireworks will be lighting up the sky through January 5.

Another new pin has arrived in Club Penguin. This time it’s the Candy Swirl pin and you’ll find it in the Coffee Shop in Town. The pin is up on the back wall above the red couch, perched on the plant in the corner. The significance of the Candy Swirl is probably related to the holidays, which have arrived in full force in the game.

The latest collectible pin in Club Penguin is the reindeer pin which appears in the Pizza Parlor as part of the Holiday Party in the game. The reindeer pin is hidden in the same place that most pins in the pizza parlor are usually found: up on the fireplace mantle. This particular reindeer pin appears to be made out of sticks and has a nice festive handmade look to it.

Here’s some really great news about Club Penguin’s annual charity drive called, Coins for Change. This year, they’re going to double their donation to charity if penguins can fill the Lighthouse with coins from the event. How cool is that?

The newest Club Penguin collectible pin is hidden in the Ski Lodge. It’s the Bonsai Tree pin and you can find it on top of the purple couch, right next to the cuckoo clock.

The newest collectible pin has been hidden in Club Penguin. It’s the Hot Sauce pin and you’ll find it deep inside the Cave Mine. This is the room you go into after you enter the actual Mine. To get there, go to the outside of the Mine Shack on your Map. Then enter the Mine and finally go into the cavern in the back of the mine. The Hot Sauce Pin is on the container that you throw snowballs into to power the lights in the room.

Can you believe that Club Penguin is 6 years old? There are probably people playing it now who weren’t even born when it first came out! As always, Club Penguin is celebrating with an anniversary party in the Coffee Shop. If you go in there, you’ll see festive decorations for both Halloween and the Sixth Anniversary Party.

The big part about each year’s party is the special anniversary hat. This year, the hat has a Halloween theme and features four different colors: black, orange, purple and green. To get the hat, first click on the small pumpkin dart up above the counter. This will cause it to swing and pop all of the balloons along the ceiling. The hat will drop down and land on the table next to the big anniversary cake, and you can then pick up the hat.

Click on the pumpkin dart in the upper-right to make it swing and pop all the balloons in the Coffee Shop.

The hat appears on the table next to the cake. Click it to add it to your inventory.
