The Earth Day party has arrived in Club Penguin and the highlight of the event is the Recycle Hunt. It kind of makes up for the removal of the Easter Party and the always popular Easter Egg Hunt this year. As you probably guessed, the Recycle Hunt works exactly like the Egg Hunt, but you need to find recyclable items that have been left around the island and collect them in your recycling bin. When you get all the items, you’ll earn the Recycling Pin and gain access to the new Recycling Center at the Mine.
To get started, click on the blue recycling bin that appears in the upper right corner of your screen. Then follow the clues to find the different items. Here are all the Club Penguin Recycle Hunt cheats and secrets, along with a video that shows exactly where each item is hidden.
Item One
The broken coffee cup is hidden inside the coffee shop in the upper-left corner on top of one of the potted plants.
Item Two
Head over to the puffle shop and you’ll find an overturned and opened box of puffle o’s lying on the ground on the right side, near where the catalogs are.
Item Three
Go to the Cove to get the next item. It’s a barrel lying partly hidden in the lower-left, just below the campfire. Could it be a barrel of Cream Soda that Rockhopper threw off his deck? The litterbug!
Item Four
Now go to the outside of the Dojo. There’s a bottle of hot sauce on the roof on the left side.
Item Five
Head to the book room upstairs at the coffee shop to get the next item. It’s a sack of coffee beans sitting on top of the bookshelf on the left. How did that get there?
Item Six
There’s an old newspaper lying in the Forest that needs cleaning up. It’s near the top of the room in the middle behind one of the boulders.
Item Seven
Go to the Ski Village and you’ll see that someone left an old pizza box on top of the pile of inner tubes.
Item Eight
Now go to the Mine to get the old metal barrel right outside the mine door.
Once you get all of the items, click on the Claim Prize button to get your Recycle Pin. Once you have the pin, you’ll be able to get inside the Recycling Center located next door to the mine.
