BillyBob just made a post on the Club Penguin blog about upcoming events for 2010. He said that the Holiday Party had come to a close, but if you log in right now, it’s still going on. He also dropped a few hints about some things we’re all waiting for, like the upcoming Club Penguin Mission 11 (guess we have to wait a little while longer!) He made a reference to the New Year starting off with a big bang, and that’s probably just a reference to the fireworks that will be going on from January 1 through January 3.
There’s a picture posted to the blog as well that shows three silhouettes with question marks on them. The first one is Herbert the Polar Bear, and that’s a reference to the upcoming Club Penguin Mission 11. The second one is of course a puffle. That could mean that a new color puffle will be coming out in 2010. Maybe orange puffles will finally make an appearance? Or perhaps the legendary rainbow puffles will be revealed? LOL, probably not. But the last time a new puffle was introduced was the white puffle at the beginning of 2009. So maybe a new color will come out!
The last picture looks like a squid. I have no idea what that is for. Could be one of the new mini-games they’re planning on something else. I guess we’ll have to wait a bit and see what’s coming. Here’s part of the message from the CP Blog:

im so excited!!! i hope its a orange puffle or rainbow lol no! for mission 11 i think the plants rockhopper had in may maybe part of the mission like remember the seeds in mission 10 herbert droped maybe! and the last thing is a new level on aqua grabber maybe or rocket with herbert trying to ruin cp who knows!!

ya i hope there will be orange puffles or even can have invisible puffle which one one can see! just like the ninja!! although we still can see the ninja…. i hope that the new event is the NEw YEars event and the secret places would allow non-members to go also cuz evertime theres gt a event and the secrets places are only for members….saddddd…

I think you get past the squid to get a rare treasure that is 1000 coin bonus but I don’t know if you do it is probobly hard because the squid jumps on you just like a blue ringed octopus those things are shy thats all.
