There is a second free costume for members only inside the Haunted House in Club Penguin. You can find it in a box at the top of the staircase over on the top-right. It’s a Silly Scarecrow Suit and it definitely looks pretty silly. But it’s a freebie so go and grab it while you can!

i think it is unfair that member only get to buy stuff i think there should be a week were only non members get to buy stuff.
