The Club Penguin Clothing Catalog for October 2009 comes out tomorrow, on Friday October 2. In addition to the usual hidden items and Club Penguin cheats, it will include a collection of special Halloween costumes for Club Penguin. Each year, the Halloween catalog is one of the most popular issues of Penguin Style. According to the Penguin Times, the official newspaper of Club Penguin, there will be some old favorites and some new costumes in this year’s catalog. One of the returning items will be the Rad Scientist costume, which featured prominently in the secret room that was created for last year’s Halloween Party on Club Penguin. Members wearing the costume were granted special access to a secret laboratory hidden behind the bookcase in the book room. In that room, they were able to meet Gary the Gadget Guy as he waddled from server to server.
Club Penguin posted a sneak peek sketch of one of the costume items on the official CP blog. It’s a blue wizard’s hat, which looks very similar to the free hat that has been given away at the Halloween party before.

the laboratory is in the library but it is only there on halloween

look go to the mine where the Cart Surfer is then press the lamp and a passage will appear (only members)
yes there is a labotory in club penguin and if you click on the map and you’ll see a little house at the top click on it!
Its gonna be in the mine just click the light and then the wall will move to a secret entrance!
the secret labratory is in the mine this year go to the mine and click lantern it will then open a passage way
