Well, with the Club Penguin 4th Anniversary Party coming up it seems obvious to make the new pin be a 4th Anniversary Pin. You’ll find it hidden down in the boiler room, right next to the boiler on the stack of crates. Usually I find the pins a lot faster, but the boiler room happened to be the last place I checked this time around!
