well that way will probably work but i have a better easier way that i have found when i was messing with cp 1. go to your igloo 2.open up your epf phone 2.click edit whil your spy phone is up(oops i said spy phone i miss old cp ) 3. teleport any where of just go to epf comand room

i know how to do it
first go to the town then click on the igloo button really quickly right before you reach the end of the walk way then all the penguin that were in the town are in your igloo. sounds freaky but it really works i tried it so if you have any more glitches ill try them
