Non-members can meet aunt Artic and Cadance. Like it said in the post, Cadance appears on every floor in the Dance Club. So try hard, she doesn’t stay in those Multi Member rooms for long!

im not a member but i will be at the end of the month but i cant wait!!!! i want to do it i have seen like 3 penguins with candence backround and i have already reached 3 years oif cp this is a once in a life time thing but i see way more rockhopper back round i wish they sold her clothes in the catlog
