ill tell the anser its easy peasy:
talk to aunt arctic
go to the ice rink click right and put the pictures in ur inventory give to aunt a
go to the pet shop and use ur code to read it (write down to remember)
click g and click DO YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL ITEMS? click yes and use the code number
take the 2 things and go the ice berg
with the life preserver shooter click the stranded people (watch the wind)
try to get all the penguins and then use the fix the telescope with your spanner
use the hook to get up the mountain u will see the puffles click them
go to aunt arctics click I FOUND THE PUFFLES
then EARN UR AWARD ! simples
